Get Involved The future of Prosser rests with those who live and work in our community. HDPA and its activities give our citizens opportunities to participate in a positive way within an organization that seeks to preserve our cultural, historic, economic, and natural resources. Community members are encouraged to get involved by volunteering their time on committees, projects, and programs that will create beneficial improvements, not only for the downtown, but for our community as a whole. The Historic Downtown Prosser Association maintains an Affiliate-level status in Washington State’s Main Street Program, toward the goal of becoming a full-fledged National Main Street™ Community. Main Street communities hold special status and advantages abound for these cities and their citizens. By following the Main Street Four-Point Approach structure, Prosser will benefit from a proven and balanced structure to revitalizing our downtown district for the enjoyment of local residents and visitors.

Revitalization Is Important · It fosters pride in the community. · Promotes an exciting image of downtown as a vibrant place to live, work, shop, and invest. · A revitalized area attracts new residents · Encourages building maintenance and facade rehabilitation. · Converts under-utilized and unoccupied buildings into revenue producing businesses.
Be a part of the exciting progress Prosser is undergoing!
